Jean‑Luc Dauphiney

Jean‑Luc Dauphiney is an educator and aspiring leader dedicated to building strong, student‑centered learning communities. His leadership journey began at Our Lady of Loretto Elementary School, where he served as Lead Administrator while teaching 3rd/4th and 5th/6th grades. He later continued his work in Catholic education by teaching 4th grade at Our Lady of the Rosary in Paramount. Each of these roles deepened his passion for equity, innovation, and empowering others.

He recently earned a Master of Science in Education from Mount Saint Mary’s University, where he further developed his teaching and leadership skills. Through this program, he gained valuable insights that he is eager to share with others to help strengthen and advance Catholic education.

He believes that effective leadership is rooted in service, reflection, and the courage to lead with heart and purpose. As he continues on this journey, he looks forward to growing alongside other leaders who are committed to transformative and inclusive Catholic education.
